Welcome to Integrity Inspection Services LLC
I, Tom Finnegan, the owner of Integrity Inspection Services, am here to help you choose the right property! While many residences may look great on the outside, there might be underlying issues that can be missed by an untrained eye. Therefore, before committing financially and emotionally, the property should be inspected by a professional home inspection company.
My philosophy is to ensure “Complete Customer Satisfaction:” “Using all the resources and equipment available; I evaluate each property as if one of my children were purchasing it.” I combine my expertise as a former quality manager, attention to detail, and over 35 years of experience in construction and remodeling to offer a thorough and comprehensive inspection process.

RCL Investment Group
"As an Investment Group out of state and not really getting a firsthand look at the property we purchase; we have to rely heavily on the Realtor and equally as important, the Inspection Company. I must say “we are in good hands” with Integrity Inspection Services. Your reports are very detailed; we appreciate your taking the time to discuss your findings with us, as well as, providing insight to potential repair cost. We thank you and hope to continue our business relationship".
M. Foster, Cocoa
"Tom was friendly, informative and very thorough. Upon completion of the inspection he provided me with a verbal overview of his findings that helped me to understand the report. I have and will continue to recommend him to all my family members and friends".
Tod and Amy, Kissimmee
"We were told the stain in the living room ceiling was from a roof leak that had been repaired. A report from another Inspection Company supported that comment. With the use of your thermal camera, your report showed the leak had not been repaired and that there was additional damage in two nearby walls. We are truly grateful".
